We’ll arrive with everything ready to go. All you need to do is set the table, light a candle, and enjoy watching your home turn into a mischievously refined illegitimate trattoria for the night. John and Charlie will cook, serve, chat, and share a few behind-the-stove tips along the way — from pasta shaping and emulsifying sauces to the little Bastardo’s tricks that make each dish land just right.
